It is very popular that 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is thinner than 68 anti-wear hydraulic oil. If it is winter, the viscosity will be thinner, which is convenient for circulation; in summer, when the temperature is high, the viscosity is higher.
The pour point is different
In actual use, the pour point difference between No.46 anti-wear hydraulic oil and No.68 anti-wear hydraulic oil is still very big. For example, in the central region, the temperature is about 0 ℃ for a long time in winter. If you use No.68 anti-wear hydraulic oil in summer, the cold start performance of your equipment may be worse in winter, and serious hydraulic equipment can not operate normally.
Different values of air release
The air release value of No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is no more than 10 min; that of No. 68 anti-wear hydraulic oil is no more than 13 min. In the standard experiment, the time required for the bubble to rise to the oil surface is called the air release value of the lubricating oil.
The smaller the air release value is, the higher the air release is.
